In order to process an insurance claim, we will need digital photographic evidence of the damage and a written explanation of of the problem.

Defects in materials or workmanship experienced within 30 days of arrival at destination port.

We will repair, replace or give cash credit against future orders for the following defects:

Claims for damage suffered during port to port transportation must be submitted within 7 days of arrival at destination port.
